How are you inventing your life today?

Simple Gifts and Ki Moments

Regaining Perspective

This is an uplifting and positive postlude to your conference, luncheon or evening meeting.

Based on themes from my CD, Simple Gifts: Making the Most of Life’s Ki Moments, the program combines original stories on topics such as “Inner Freedom” and “Choosing the Good Reality” with popular songs, such as “Life is Just a Bowl of Cherries” and “On the Sunny Side of the Street,” to remind us that life is now – this moment – not in the past or future.

Audience participation is a benefit but not a requirement! I’m the singer and the storyteller, and I lead the group in activities to reinforce the themes.

Stories and songs are taken from my CD, Simple Gifts: Making the Most of Life’s Ki Moments, which makes a perfect parting gift.

Purpose:

To offer perspective, practice, and respite from work, worry and stress.

Objectives:

  • Reinforce the power of presence, gratitude, and choice.
  • Walk away with useful tools and lightened perspective.
  • Support a positive close to your conference event.
