A "pickle" is one of life's daily challenges. This dynamic one-day workshop based on the book by Joy Jacobs, M.A., will help you cook everyday challenges into nourishing experiences. Joy and Judy offer "recipes," including writing, visualization, movement, reflection and group discussion to help you discover new and lively ways to look at life by creating approaches to any given pickle.

You will leave with:

• A new facility to observe yourself and others that leads to increased options.
